Our Team
Robert Crenshaw
Bob was born in Atlanta GA, and settled in Goldsboro NC after seven year's active duty flying KC-135's and T-38's at Seymour Johnson AFB. He continued flying as a charter and corporate pilot for the next 20 years and still regularly flies his own Cessna 206. Prior to entering commercial construction, he designed and built his home and two Natural Food retail stores. Now celebrating 45 years in business with the best partner - his wife.
Sam Sasser
Sam is an eastern North Carolina native and one of the original founders of CMI. Having started his first construction company in 1986, he brings a wealth of knowledge to CMI in the fields of investment, client relations, construction, and management. He credits his successful career in business to his loving parents and his upbringing in the Christian church. Outside of work, he is passionate about college baseball and professional mentorship.
Justin Thorn
Justin has 25 years of architectural design experience and skillfully manages designs from conceptualization to construction document production, ensuring consistent collaboration with project managers during the construction phase. In addition, he is a member of the leadership team and manages IT responsibilities. Justin is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys live music, visiting local waterfronts, and spending time with his family.
Grant Sasser
Grant Sasser is our business development and operations professional. He oversees finance, real estate, and talent acquisition departments, driving strategic initiatives and managing personnel. In addition to his professional pursuits, Grant enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
Samuel Rogerson
Samuel has a remarkable 45 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning various sectors from residential to heavy equipment to commercial projects. He possesses a diverse skill set and deep knowledge gained over the years. Aside from his professional expertise, Samuel enjoys many outdoor activities, particularly golfing and riding motorcycles.
Matt Spence
Matt is an experienced Project Manager and Estimator specializing in Design/Build and Federal Government Construction. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from East Carolina University and possesses contractor licenses in multiple states. In his personal life, Matt prioritizes family time with his wife and twins, engages in hunting and fishing, and actively participates in The Bridge Church.
Austin Terrell
Austin assists with the day-to-day property management tasks of our out-of-state VA clinics, including financials and reporting. He is also a notary public, providing services for various business needs in the office. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife and 2-year-old son Carter. A dedicated college sports fan, Austin can name any 356 Division 1 mascots by memory.
Sam Toney
Sam is responsible for supporting CMPM by ensuring the smooth operation of various community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) through onsite visits and maintenance. Additionally, he contributes to the overall efficiency of the CMI main office by assisting with administrative and office duties. Outside of work, Sam enjoys attending local ECU baseball games and following the Atlanta Braves.
Adderson Scott
Adderson assists with the day-to-day property management tasks of our in-state VA clinics, supporting maintenance, scheduling, and financial reporting. He is an Eagle Scout and a licensed Broker in Charge in the state of North Carolina. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, fundraising, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Grant Linderman
Grant is a North Carolina native with extensive experience in commercial real estate and finance. Having appraised or underwritten over three billion dollars’ worth of assets over his career, he primarily manages investor, banking, and VA relationships for CMI. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time on his boat with his wife and three children along the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
