We are proud to partner with local developers and entrepreneurs in eastern North Carolina who have a vision for their businesses. We have designed and built custom buildings for clients such as Stovall Family Dentistry, Eastern Medical Associates, Immediate Care of Goldsboro, and Peak Health Medical Center of Wilson. Each of these projects was tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client. Many of them have come back to us for further work on expansion or renovation. We have the expertise and experience to handle various types of projects and follow the necessary guidelines for success.

Every home should be as unique as the owners that dwell in them. We have decades of experience designing and building custom homes. As a design-build contractor we offer a wide range of services including site selection, architectural design, interior design, engineering, permitting and construction. communities

We partnered with a local assisted living facility in eastern North Carolina to develop a retirement community. The master plan for Cypress Glenn consisted of 60 free-standing cottages on the 95-acre campus. We designed, customized and built the cottages in harmony with the community’s needs and the overall goal of creating a cohesive neighborhood environment. The development included 1,000 sq. ft. single bedroom cottages up to 2,300 sq. ft. two-bedroom cottages with large living spaces and two car garages included. The campus was surrounded by carefully landscaped streets and outdoor walking trails.

GOVERNMENT

Construction Managers, Inc. began pursuing build to lease government contracts in 2010. Our first awarded contract was with the Department of Veterans Affairs for a new Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Goldsboro, NC. This new VA Clinic was the first of its kind to offer a new modern healthcare model, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), which served the Veteran’s healthcare needs centrally and conveniently. Since 2010 we have completed 15 clinics in the Southeast and Midwest. We are honored to continue being a part of this expansion of healthcare services for Veterans around the nation.
