Our experience in designing and building Community Based Outpatient Clinics has been a cornerstone of our success. Our first VA Clinic in Goldsboro, NC, set the standard for the new modern healthcare model, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), which provides Veterans with convenient and central healthcare services. Since then, we have completed 15 clinics in the Southeast and Midwest, and we continue to be honored to be part of expanding healthcare services for Veterans nationwide.

Construction Managers, Inc. was nominated and awarded the 2021 Project of the Year for Healthcare by the CMAA Florida Chapter for the St. Augustine VA Outpatient Clinic. This is a brand-new clinic servicing the Veterans of St. Johns County FL that was built 2020-2021. The clinic opened to service Veterans in June 2021.
